Up to the Falling Mists

Up in the Cascades, near Snoqualmie Pass, we trekked up a few miles to Teneriffe Falls on a nearly rainy day. The path was muddy and steep, but it wound up alongside the stream and river that would eventually become the breathtaking Teneriffe Falls.

At the top, the mists of the falls fell lightly on our faces, smiling upwards. It was beautiful.
